Side Stance - Dwitkubi

  • From closed stance (moa seogi) pivot the right foot 90 degrees.
  • Step the left leg forward two steps, measured between the heels and bend both knees.
  • Weight distribution is two-thirds on the back leg making this stance ideal for performing defensive techniques.
